You must pay for items you have ordered through our online platforms by following the provided instructions on our ecommerce store/s and/or KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ staff instructions. You will be provided with a number of methods of payments upon check out. You authorise KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ to process payments for your orders immediately upon receipt of an order confirmation including but not limited to debiting payment for orders from your nominated card/account. If the payment is declined by your financial institution, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or seek alternative payment method through direct correspondence with you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us or payment you make to us for any reason. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
There may be fit and feel differences in the same advertised size across items and colours. This is due to variation in manufacturers’ designs and processes. Some colours can require more dye and setting time which is why the fit across colours may vary. KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ encourages you to analyse the provided size charts and/or contact us for assistance in size selection.
KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ provides leather and hide goods. As these are natural products, the colour, shades, markings, patterns, and scars will vary across items, including within the same product. These variations are not classified as defects or faults; they are, in fact, signs of authenticity.
Due to limitations with our online store, we are unable to display every variation of the leather and hide for each product. KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ will always endeavour to display accurate colour and material descriptions (e.g. black and white hide). However, you agree by purchasing these items that you accept variation in colouring, shading, patterns, markings, and scars in accordance with these terms.
KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ may make available sales and offers in the form of a promotion (COUPON CODE) or discounted pricing. These sales, offers, promotions, and discounts are subject to stock availability and only for advertised sale periods. As applicable, the lowest priced item in your cart will be discounted.
KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ reserves the right to vary, complete, and withdraw offers, sales, discounts, and promotions without notice. If you place an order prior to or after the advertised period, that order will be exempt from the sales, offers, promotions, and discounts advertised for that period. Unless otherwise specified, all social media sales, offers, promotions, and discounts are limited to a one time use per customer; hence, customers cannot claim offers multiple times across multiple orders unless advertised otherwise.
Only one offer, promotion, or discount may be redeemed at any one time and we do not allow for multiple COUPON CODES to be applied to the same order. KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ will not honour orders made by customers who attempt to claim more than one use of an offer across multiple orders against specified terms. In such circumstances, the customer will be required to pay the full price of the order.
We are required to state the correct amount paid for outgoing international packages and any requests to change this information will be denied.
Countries external to Australia may be subject to additional duties payments. You are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note, that the final value of your order does not include any of these additional duties; the carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of these additional duties.
You are responsible for knowing, complying, and dealing with your country’s import and customs regulations. Ensure you research all items prior to ordering and purchase to ensure they are legal for importation to your country. Once the items/orders have left our premises, KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ cannot be held responsible for customs delays. If there is an issue at customs, we encourage you to attempt to have the items sent back to KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™.
If the order is able to be returned to KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™, you will receive a refund only after the item is returned in its original condition and packaging with all tags and documentation to our premises, with any shipping and handling fees deducted from that refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging with all tags and documentation, we cannot issue a refund. If you refuse to pay the additional duties required to release your item and/or if you abandon the order to customs and/or customs chooses not to return the orders to KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™, we cannot issue a refund.
KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ offers free Regular Shipping Australia-wide. Customers who require Express Shipping are to contact the KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ team to organise this at an additional cost. Overseas Shipping will incur an additional fee and the customer will be contacted on purchase to organise payment of this fee.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) using Australia Post services. KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ will show shipping fees at the check-out of our online store. These prices are based on quotes provided by Australia Post. If additional shipping and handling fees are required due to the special circumstances of your location, you will be contacted to pay these additions.
Please be aware that shipping and postage costs, and estimated delivery times fluctuate. To view estimated delivery costs and timeframes, please visit the Australia Post website via the following link: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates. KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen delays due to internal postal company issues.
We provide our customers with tracking information for all orders upon purchase. It is your responsibility to keep a copy of the shipping/tracking receipt KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ provides and track your order/s progress through the mail system to prepare for a delivery, to request a status update, and raise shipping concerns with the correlating postal company. To track your parcel, please use the Australia Post tracking function in the following link: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.
KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ take great pride in inspecting and carefully packaging purchased products. Unfortunately, once the product is shipped and on its way, it is out of our sight and protection. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure the product is safely packaged to mitigate potential damage during transit in the post. However, KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ cannot take responsibility for postal loss or damage during transit. Such claims will need to be taken up with the correlating postal service by the customer.
Shipping and handling fees incurred for returns/exchanges/refunds is in accordance with our RETURNS EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY. In the event your posted order is returned as non-deliverable or unclaimed, we will contact you. Reshipping expenses will be at your cost. If you do not reply within 10 days the order will be returned to inventory and your order will be refunded minus shipping and handling fees.
Please be aware that KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ will not entertain returns/exchanges/refunds for unacceptable quality that develops from misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow manufacturer and care instructions (see ‘CARE INSTRUCTIONS’). This includes, but is not limited to, cowhide hair fall and leather marking on rough surfaces (this is considered normal ‘wear and tear’).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In accordance with these laws, our business guarantees that the purchased good:
1. is of acceptable quality, safe, and without faults
2. matches provided descriptions (on packaging, labels, in promotions, or advertising);
3. matches any sample or demonstration model
4. comes with undisturbed possession meaning that another person cannot repossess, take back the product, or prevent a consumer from using it
5. is fit for the purpose advertised
6. comes with full ownership
7. carries no hidden securities or charges, and
8. meets any additional promises made regarding performance, quality, or condition.
If we are unable to meet the consumer guarantees listed above, customers have the right to request remediation. The process for seeking remediation for an item with a defect/fault is covered in the RETURNS EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY below.
KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ does not offer gift cards.
KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ may donate gift certificates for promotional purposes or as loyalty rewards to customers. These gift certificates are only redeemable within the allocated period on the gift card (the issue date and the expiry date will be visible). The gift certificates are non-refundable, not reloadable, nor transferrable for monetary value.
To use your gift certificate:
1. Place your preferred items into your online cart.
2. Navigate to your cart and review your items.
3. Input the coupon code (indicated on the certificate) into the applicable space on the checkout page.
4. The amount gifted to you will be automatically deducted from your cart total.
5. Complete the remaining shipping and purchase information as normal.
Please note, the gift certificate coupon will be disabled after use even if you have not used the total amount gifted. Therefore, to get the most out of your gift certificate, ensure you use up to or over the amount indicated on the certificate.
As a stockist, KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ does not hold spare parts or have repair facilities. Defective items will be handled in accordance with the RETURNS EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY below.
The title to any items/products offered by KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ to you as part of an order shall not pass to you until the cost of the items/products and all associated moneys due have been paid to us in full. Until such time, the title of these items/product remains with KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™. Title of these items/products passes to you upon delivery by our nominated postal company.
KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ is required to comply with our suppliers’ policies on warranty. The majority of our suppliers do not offer additional warranties aside from return/exchanges/refunds policy for defective/fault items (see 25.0 ACL GUARANTEES AND DEFECTS/FAULTS). One of our suppliers “The Design Edge” provides a six month manufacturing warranty on all their custom made products – cowhide hair fall is not covered under this warranty. KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ will only honour this warranty for “The Design Edge” products and only in accordance with their policy stipulations. To make a claim for such warranty, please see RETURNS EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY below.

RETURNS REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are confident you will love every product that you purchase from KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ and will be pleased with the personal touch provided by our family-owned-and-operated service. As a stockist, we must comply with our suppliers’ returns/exchanges/refunds policy. Consequently, we only offer returns/exchanges/refunds in accordance with the below policy.
Rules:
- You have 14 days from shipment to request a return/exchange/refund.
- You cannot request a return/exchange/refund for sale or discounted items.

Items from our suppliers are individually inspected by KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ staff prior to being made available for customers to purchase. Consequently, defects/faults are generally identified and remedied by KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™. Even so, sometimes defects/faults slip by us – we’re human too. If you receive an item that you believe has a defect/fault, it is your responsibility to contact KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ by email within 14 days of shipment from our premises.
Variations in colouring, shading, patterns, markings, scarring, and other deviations caused by the inherent nature of using natural materials are not considered defects/faults (see above 20.0 PRODUCT MATCH AND FIT TOLERANCE). We will also not entertain returns/exchanges/refunds for unacceptable quality that develops from misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow manufacturer and care instructions (see ‘CARE INSTRUCTIONS’).

- RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND form – Completed in full
- Order details – Confirmation Email, Order Number, Invoices, Dates, etc.
- Photos & description of defects – For accurate review and forwarding to supplier
- Proof of purchase – Tax invoice and/or payment receipt. Financial details to assist in a refund.
Incorrectly provided details will not be the responsibility of KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ and the customer will be required to assist in remediation efforts. Financial details that do not match original purchase financial details will not be processed – this is a safety measure to protect our business and our customers.
You will be sent an email by KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA™ to confirm whether your return/exchange/refund has been accepted (‘acceptance email’).
Ensure you regularly check your emails, including all spam and junk mail folders.
